Grain Creative teams up with Princess Diana’s wedding dress designer for new business venture

London, UK – Branding agency Grain Creative recently teamed up with Elizabeth Emanuel, designer of Princess Diana’s wedding dress, to launch new fashion brand Art of Being on Crowdcube.

The agency created a pitch deck for investors, a new website and video with Elizabeth Emanuel’s inspirational creative direction.

This business project focused on how branding would represent the designer’s unique personality and mark her comeback with a strong business team supporting her efforts.

The brief for the investors’ deck, website and video was to appeal to savvy investors’ emotions as much their rational analysis of financial projections. To achieve this, Grain worked together with Elizabeth Emanuel to display her great achievements as the foundation of the new brand’s luxury fashion offering.

Project leader, Grain’s Creative Director, Madelyn Postman said: “Before joining Grain, I worked for Gucci, Burberry and other big fashion brands and have always wanted to work with Elizabeth.”

“Since losing the rights to trade under her name in 1990s, she has maintained a lower profile. That’s why when she asked us to help her with the company’s branding, we agreed immediately without any hesitation,” said Ms. Postman.

Fashion designer Elizabeth Emanuel said: “Grain has helped bring my vision to life and I look forward to further collaboration as Art of Being develops.”

Art of Being’s CEO Andrew Marshall said: “As a fashion and luxury specialist, I appreciate that Grain really understands luxury and knows how to communicate that at the brand level.

The new brand is expected to raise up to £1.5 million and to be the commercial vehicle to bring Elizabeth’s new and exciting design concepts to market through direct and indirect retailing, franchising and licensing agreements.
