A new home has emerged in Notting Hill created by Grain Creative. After extensive renovation and extension works we are delighted to show the first picture of this fabulous maisonette flat not too far from Westbourne Grove.
Grain delivered all the architectural and interior design services, including planning permission, conservation area consent and building control approval. The flat has grown by one bedroom and one bathroom and it has gained beautiful high ceilings on the top floor by reconstructing the entire roof with a steel frame structure and without the loft.
The personal style of our client was facilitated by a mix of retaining original Victorian features, adding a bit of shaker simplicity and mixing it with some more industrial elements like bare brick walls and heavy metal furniture and lighting.
