Following an extensive brand strategy project, Collinson Group invited Grain to create a name for their new assistance and claims division. Our strategic brand review identified assistance as one of the group’s core areas of expertise, alongside loyalty, lifestyle benefits and insurance. A growing business with huge potential for growth, Collinson’s assistance division has become a much stronger offering in recent years, growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
Having acquired another entity in this field, Collinson sought to create an umbrella brand under which their assistance-related providers could thrive. The new name, Intana, represents the international reach of Collinson’s assistance business while supporting the group’s best practice in international assistance and customer experience management. It also indicates the group’s refreshing approach to assistance, distinguishing Intana’s offer in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
