We are the Redbooth Alpha Testers

At Grain, we’ve been using Redbooth’s project management software for over a year. As a rapidly growing agency, with more than our fair share of creative (read: easily distracted) personalities, it’s been invaluable at improving productivity and time management. We recently featured in a video as a Redbooth project management success story, telling how, through collaboration, both companies have prospered from our relationship.

We also work proactively with the team at Redbooth to improve its features and efficiency as part of a Beta User Group and we have now been designated Alpha Testers. This gives us early access to new features and the ability to provide feedback directly to the Redbooth team (using Redbooth’s HD video conference calls!), much of which is used to shape the features to meet our requirements. And we were delighted to receive our “Gantt touch this” t-shirts from Redbooth in the post.

Most recently we’ve been testing out a new timeline view for project management planning which is literally transforming our view of our workload. With every project broken down into its component parts, the timeline view features both deadlines and the photos of those responsible for meeting them. It helps enormously with planning workload, ensuring the team here at Grain are ever more efficient – which means even happier clients!
